Bonjour! My name is Tiffany Bacon, the multi-talented and creative pastry chef behind Sweet Bakes Couture. SBC is a small batch, boutique style dessert sweetery and intimate affairs catering service. SBC is my way of elevating your dessert experience into one of luxury!
From Southern style gourmet desserts and cupcakes to custom event cakes or dessert bars to private affairs, we provide it all. Our desserts use quality ingredients while still giving you a delicious, homemade taste. Working as a pastry chef and sous chef in both bakeries and various restaurants in the past, I have over 20 years of baking and kitchen experience!
I have also received awards for baking and entrepreneurship. Along with being selected to compete in dessert competitions such as 'Dessert Wars' (2x) and 'The Greatest Baker'.
Also a poet, I curate an open mic series entitled, The Pink Room Chronicles, consisting of 2 monthly events: 1. Poetry & Cupcakes - A poetry open mic where, a FREE cupcake comes with your ticket. 2. PoeTea & Pastries - A raffle open mic followed by an interview with 2 featured artists. Enjoy a FREE cup of tea with this ticket!
